This small fee covers the Companies House charge for incorporation, and your new company will be formed in 1 working day (depending on the Companies House internal systems).

Users, Requirements and Suitability
Our Starter Pack is suitable for a wide variety of people – contractors, single shareholders, directors, companies, anyone who wishes to establish a dormant company and individuals who wish to register and secure a company name. Your company should be incorporated and able to trade within 1 working day. As soon as Companies House has approved the application, we will email you a copy of the official certificate of incorporation, share certificates and memorandum along with articles of association (the constitution of the company). Contractors should note that an emailed certificate of incorporation normally meets the requirements of an employment agency dealing with the PAYE issue.
You can also take advantage of our free bank referral. This is the first stage of an application to one of our bank affiliates. If your application is successful, then you will have everything you need as a start-up business owner or contractor.
Upgrade Option
If you have more than 1 shareholder, you may want to issue share certificates. If this is the case, you should consider upgrading your application Printed.
It is important to note that every company needs an official address. You can use your home address for this purpose, but if you are renting your office, you may need to check with your landlord. By registering your home address as your office, you will be publicly listing it as your company’s address via the Companies House website. The security risks are obvious and many of our clients wish to safeguard their privacy. So we offer a Registered Office Service to help ensure confidentiality and discretion. This being the case, you may wish to upgrade your choice to the privacy pack, which also provides printed documentation.

Major banks in UK do not need hard copies of the certificate of incorporation or any other company documents if there is only 1 shareholder/director. Instead, these banks verify your information with Companies House, and if there are no problems, they register and open a bank account for your company.
We provide all our clients with a free administration portal, which you can use to easily and efficiently update your statutory records at Companies House. We also offer you free support for the portal for the entire lifetime of the company.

Why should I buy the Starter Package?
The starter pack is all you need to form a legally recognised limited company at Companies House. It is ideal if you already have an address you can use to receive official mail and avoid Companies House publishing your personal address.
Do I get printed incorporation documents with this package?
You will not receive printed incorporation documents with this pack. You will receive digital copies of the incorporation documents that you can print off.
How many companies can I form with 49.99?
This is a heavily discounted price, and we only allow clients to form one company at this price. If you wish to create more than one company, you can do so but only by paying £52.99+vat. After you have placed an order for the first company, you must select the tab on the home page labelled "for existing clients" that will allow you to buy more companies.
What happens next?
Once you have provided the information required by Companies House, you will be asked to make your payment at the checkout. Your order is then ready to be submitted to Companies House. However, in accordance with anti-money laundering, your details will be checked against an electronic database used by all company formation agents. Most of our customers are not affected by the verification process because it is automated and conducted electronically, with a 90% success rate. The information you supply on the order form is usually sufficient. If you are not eligible for automated electronic verification, we use the SmartSearch platform to complete our ID checks. We will send you an invitation by email asking for any additional information we require and any documents that we may need. You will be given a choice to upload the documents and information directly to the SmartSearch mobile app or send it to us. Once this system is cleared, your order is submitted to Companies House. Companies House check the order and then completes it. Once Companies House has completed your order, you are notified electronically by our automated systems, and you will receive your company details.
Are there any additional costs?
There are no additional costs relating to the formation of your company. Non-UK resident customers and politically exposed persons may require enhanced Smart Search checks, in which case they have the option to pay for that or we will refund their order in full.
