Start trading as soon as your company is formed. Companies House takes three hours to one working day to process our orders and create a company. The time taken is subject to their workload and opening hours. Once your company is incorporated (registered) at Companies House, it can start trading because it has the legal capacity to enter into contracts, employ staff, make sales and open bank accounts.

Companies House Filing Fee Paid By Us

Companies House charge a fee of £50 for forming a company. They charge formation agents less. Our prices include the Companies House fee, and you will not have to pay extra.

Our service includes emailed pdf copies of your Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association (your company's constitution), Share certificates, statutory books, PSC register etc.

Free Company Administration Portal

All clients receive a free online administration portal linked to Companies House to make changes to their companies.

PSC Register

Your register of Persons of Significant Control is included with your company documents. All companies require this register.

Free Lifetime Support

Web Authentication Code

The web authentication code is a six digit alphanumeric code issued to each company. The code is used to authorise information filed online and is the equivalent of a company officer's signature.

Digital Certificate of Incorporation

The Certificate of Incorporation is an official document that we are licenced to issue. It states the name of the company, the company registration number, the date it was incorporated, its registered office address, its legal structure and has the official Companies House seal.

Digital Mem & Articles of Association

The memorandum of association and articles of association are required to create a company in the UK under the Companies Act 2006 and previous Companies Acts. The memorandum of association is the document that sets up the company and the articles of association set out how the company is run, governed and owned.

Digital Share Certificate(s)

In company law, a share certificate is a legal document that certifies ownership of a specific number of shares in a company. It gives the name and address of the shareholder and the number of shares held.

Digital Company Register with First Entries

Your company portal shows the register of directors, shareholders, company secretaries and minutes of the first meeting. This is available for you to download.

Printed Certificate of Incorporation

This hard copy will be posted to you within one week of the company’s creation. Packs currently only cover the costs for postage to addresses within the UK, and we would advise international clients to contact us and make arrangements for their hard copy to be delivered by courier, or sent through international tracked postage system.

Printed Mem & Articles of Association

The memorandum is a one page document which lists the promoters of the company, whereas the Articles of Association show the constitution of the company.

Registered Office Service

Our Registered Office and director's service address will be 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Your personal address will not be on display at Companies House.

Service Address for Company Officer

Users of our registered office address service are given free service addresses for all their directors and shareholders and the company secretary, in the first year. This allows everyone involved with the company to maintain their privacy by not having their personal addresses displayed on the Companies House Website. Annual renewals fees are £10+vat per officer.

Confirmation Statement

You must file a confirmation statement at least once every 12 months. The due date is called the ‘confirmation date’, which falls on the anniversary of company formation or the ‘made up’ date of your last annual return.We will do that for you on time.
