The Certificate of Incorporation is an official document that we are licenced to issue. It states the name of the company, the company registration number, the date it was incorporated, its registered office address, its legal structure and has the official Companies House seal.
The memorandum of association and articles of association are required to create a company in the UK under the Companies Act 2006 and previous Companies Acts. The memorandum of association is the document that sets up the company and the articles of association set out how the company is run, governed and owned.
In company law, a share certificate is a legal document that certifies ownership of a specific number of shares in a company. It gives the name and address of the shareholder and the number of shares held.

Users of our registered office address service are given free service addresses for all their directors and shareholders and the company secretary, in the first year. This allows everyone involved with the company to maintain their privacy by not having their personal addresses displayed on the Companies House Website. Annual renewals fees are £10+vat per officer.
You must file a confirmation statement at least once every 12 months. The due date is called the ‘confirmation date’, which falls on the anniversary of company formation or the ‘made up’ date of your last annual return.We will do that for you on time.
